CANCELLATION
POLICY & LIABILITY
DELICIOUS EXPEDITIONS reserves the right to cancel any tour for any reason. The refund of all payments received shall release DELICIOUS EXPEDITIONS from any liability. The company is not responsible for any other expenses incurred by you in preparing to attend the tour, including hotels and airfare.

Tour balances are due 60 days prior to the beginning of the tour. If the balance remains unpaid at that time, DELICIOUS EXPEDITIONS reserves
the right to treat the reservation as cancelled, and retain the deposit
paid. You may cancel your reservation by sending
a written notice. Cancellations after receipt of deposit and more than
60 days prior to the tour are subject to a $300 per person administrative
fee. Cancellations 31-60 days prior to the tour are subject to 50% of the tour cost, unless we are able to rebook your space. In this case your deposit will be forfeited. There are no refunds for cancellations
within 30 days of the tour.
DELICIOUS EXPEDITIONS reserves the right to cancel any program should a minimum number of participants not be reached. The refund of all payments received from you shall release DELICIOUS EXPEDITIONS from any liability to you.

DELICIOUS EXPEDITIONS reserves the right to make any itinerary
changes whenever, in its sole judgment conditions warrant. The tour participant
agrees that the tour operators will not be liable or responsible for injury,
accidents, sickness, or damage to participants or their property while on the tour. The acceptance of our written confirmation and a
deposit or full payment for our services constitutes acceptance of these
terms and conditions.
Purchase of travel insurance is highly recommended. It covers most last-minute cancellations..
